Processing
Once we receive your order, please allow 24-48 hours for processing (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) before orders are shipped. Processing times are NOT included in the estimated delivery time at checkout and you will receive emails about order updates.

International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide by utilizing DHL and Jamaica Post. Please note: Your order might be liable for import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which become applicable once a shipment arrives in your destination country. Words & Emojis holds NO responsibility for these charges, as they are imposed and are your responsibility as the customer.
Canada Shipping
By law, our shipping policy follows a de minimis threshold for shipments to Canada. This means that customs duties or taxes will only be applied to orders once they reach a value of $20 CAD or higher. Please see below for shipping options and rates to Canada:
USA & Rest of the World
By legal requirement, our shipping policy adheres to a de minimis threshold for shipments to the USA. This means that customs duties or taxes will only be applied to orders once they reach a value of $800 USD or higher. For destinations outside of the USA, please note that specific duties or costs will be determined and applied based on local customs regulations and will be assessed upon arrival at the destination country. How can I check my order status?
Email notifications will be sent to you which will have order updates such as when your order is being processed, tracking number and when your order has been shipped. You can also visit our Track My Order page on our website, enter your order number or email address, and click ‘Track’ to view your tracking information. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 24-48 hours of placing an order, please contact us at help@wordsnemojis.com.
