To initiate a return, please click on the start a return link and complete the form. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions regarding the return process, including the designated return address. Please note that we cannot accept returned items that have not been pre-authorized.

  • All items marked as SALE are considered FINAL SALE, indicating that returns and exchanges are not available for these discounted items. We also do not accept returns for gift cards.
  •  You have the option to return or exchange unwanted goods. To qualify for a refund or exchange, please make sure to return the items in their original condition, completely unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original packaging, labels, and garment tags still attached. For swimwear, it’s essential that the protective liner remains attached. 
  • We have a 7 day return policy which is 7 days from the date of receiving your order. 
  • It’s important to return all items in their original packaging, as goods returned without their packaging may be considered second-hand, and we may not be able to process an exchange in such cases.  
  • In all cases postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
  •  Our goal is to complete the processing of your returned parcel within 48 hours from the time we receive it. While we endeavor to process your refund within this timeframe, please be aware that the refund amount may not immediately reflect on your credit card or bank statement. The exact timing of when it will appear can vary and typically takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on the processing speed of your credit card company or bank.

Damaged Items and Issues:

  • Please carefully examine your order as soon as it arrives. If you discover that any items are defective, damaged, or if there has been an error with your order, please contact us immediately via Start A Return form located in the footer of the website. 
  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund transaction.
