Restocks are dependent on the availability of the items from our supplier, demand and exclusivity. Therefore, there is no specific number of time we can restock our pieces. However, we sometimes restock items more than once.

The aim is for orders to be processed between 1-3 business days. All orders are subject to fraud checks. If there is a chance your order will be delayed as a result of this, we will contact you via email. Additional ID may be requested to confirm your order. Failure to provide this may result in your order being cancelled.
The first thing you should do is contact your bank or card issuer. The number to contact is usually located on the back of your credit/debit card. If the bank says there are no problems on their end, you should contact us.

Yes, customers can request order changes within 24 hours of placing an order via contacting customer support at help@wordsnemojis.com with subject line being ‘Order Change Request – [ Order Details] ‘ and specify the new item they’d like along with any other relevant information, such as size, color and quantity.
Simply visit our “Track My Order” page and enter your order number or email address, and click ‘Track’ to view your tracking information.
Once we receive your order, please allow 24- 48 hours for order processing. Your estimated delivery date is the processing time + shipping time.
